Adol 250 mg Suppositories are rectal suppositories formulated to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever in children, especially when oral medication is not suitable due to vomiting or swallowing difficulties. They are commonly used for teething pain, toothache, pain after dental procedures, headache, and discomfort from cold, flu, sore throat, or after vaccinations.

Paracetamol 250 mg per suppository
Indications

Relief of mild to moderate pain (teething, toothache, headache, pain after dental procedures)

Reduction of fever associated with colds, flu, and childhood infections (such as chickenpox, whooping cough, measles, mumps) or after vaccination

Suitable for children who cannot take oral medication
Dosage and Administration

For children 6 to 12 years (20–40 kg): Insert 1 suppository (250 mg) into the rectum every 4 to 6 hours as needed

Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours

Do not use for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor

Only whole suppositories should be administered; do not break them

Gently insert the suppository with the rounded end first and hold in place for a few minutes
Warnings and Precautions

Do not use with other paracetamol-containing products to avoid overdose

Not suitable for children with severe liver or kidney problems
