How to use:
- Measure: The bottle has a marked dispenser. Hold the bottle upright and squeeze gently until you get 10ml of mouthwash, which typically reaches the ring mark on the dispenser.
- Rinse: Swish the mouthwash around in your mouth for 30 seconds, ensuring it reaches between your teeth and along the gum line.
- Repeat: You can rinse up to 3 times a day.
