Rinse the cleaner. Before sticking it in your mouth, give it a quick rinse with warm water.

Get in position. Hold the handles of the cleaner firmly and stick your tongue out as far as feels comfortable.

Scrape gently. Place the curved edge of the cleaner at the back of your tongue. Gently scrape forward towards the tip of your tongue, applying light pressure.

Repeat and rinse. Do 2-3 scrapes with the cleaner. Then, rinse your mouth with water and rinse the tongue cleaner as well.
