Key Features
Lacalut dental floss is designed to clean between teeth, where a toothbrush may have difficulty reaching. Its waxed Nylon thread helps remove food particles and plaque while the mint flavour leaves a fresh feeling in the mouth. The 50 m length is supplied in a compact dispenser.
- Waxed Nylon with a tear-resistant structure.
- Mint-flavoured thread for a refreshed feeling.
- Designed for cleaning interdental spaces.
- Compact dispenser for convenient handling and carrying.
Usage Instructions
- Approximately 40 cm of floss is drawn from the dispenser and cut off.
- The ends are wrapped around both middle fingers, leaving a working section of approximately 3–5 cm.
- The thread is held securely and guided between the teeth with gentle backward and forward movements.
- The process is repeated between the remaining teeth, and the used thread is discarded afterwards.
Excessive pressure should be avoided, particularly near the gum line. The floss should not be swallowed and should be kept out of children's reach. The instructions supplied with the product should be checked before use.
How It Works
The thread makes physical contact with the surfaces between adjacent teeth, helping loosen and lift away trapped food and plaque as it moves. The waxed surface supports movement through narrow spaces, while the Nylon provides strength during handling. This mechanical cleaning action allows dental floss to complement brushing as part of an oral-hygiene routine.
Other Ingredients / Materials
The identified thread material is waxed Nylon, with mint flavouring. The specific wax composition and complete flavouring details are not confirmed here; further material information should be checked on the supplied packaging. The floss is presented in a compact dispensing container.
