How to use:

• Apply the Vicks Vaporub 3- 4 times daily on the chest, neck, and back.
• For adults and children 12 years older and above: Add 2- 3 teaspoons of the Vicks Vaporub.
• For children 6 years of age or under: Add 1- 2 teaspoons of Vicks Vaporub.
• On half a liter of hot water that shouldn't be covered, and inhaled for 15 minutes.
